Morning Preparations
As the sun rises over Cherry Hill, our day at the dispensary begins bright and early at 6:30 AM. The morning crew arrives to prepare for another day of serving our medical cannabis patients throughout South Jersey. Our first task is always reviewing inventory and ensuring our display cases are properly stocked with clearly labeled products.
Patient Care and Education
By 9:00 AM, we’re ready to welcome our first patients. What I love most about working here is the opportunity to help people find relief. Whether they’re coming from Mount Laurel or Maple Shade, each patient has their own unique story and needs. We take time to:
• Listen to their health concerns
• Explain different cannabis strains and products
• Discuss proper dosing guidelines
• Answer questions about state regulations
Afternoon Rush
The lunch hour typically brings our busiest period, with many patients stopping in during their break. We see folks from all over – Pennsauken, Willingboro, and even Moorestown. Our team works efficiently while maintaining our commitment to individualized attention.
Evening Wind Down
As evening approaches, we begin our closing procedures while still serving patients until our designated closing time. This includes:
• Updating inventory systems
• Cleaning and sanitizing all areas
• Preparing reports
• Setting up for the next day
Every day brings new opportunities to help our community access their medicine safely and legally. It’s rewarding to be part of an industry that’s making such a positive impact on people’s lives.
